Delete your account
Brickworks: Block Puzzle, by Miljar Productions. Two ways to do it, and the first one is faster.
If you still have the app
You can do this yourself, right now, and it takes effect immediately. You need a connection, because the deletion happens on our side as well as yours.
- Open Brickworks.
- Tap the menu button, then Account under GAME.
- Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account, then confirm.
You do not need to contact us, and you do not need to wait for a reply.
If you no longer have the app
Email us and we will delete it for you.
So we can find the right account, please send it from the email address you signed in with, or tell us what that address was. If you set a display name in the game, including it helps.
We will confirm by email once it is done. Please allow up to 30 days, though in practice it is much faster.
What gets deleted
- Your saved game: lifetime statistics, best scores, game history, any game in progress, your settings, Odyssey progress and Today's Game attempts.
- The record linking your sign-in to your player.
- Your display name reservation, which frees that name for someone else.
- Your entries on every leaderboard.
This cannot be undone. There is no backup we can restore from afterwards, which is the point.
The four go together. If the app cannot take your leaderboard entries down, for example because the connection drops partway, it stops and deletes nothing, and tells you to try again. That is deliberate: a half-finished deletion would leave your name on a public board with no account left that could ever remove it.
What is not ours to delete
Your Apple or Google account itself is yours and is not touched. Advertising data held by Google is governed by Google's own policies and can be managed in your Google account settings. Purchase records are held by Apple or by Google Play, and their refund and record-keeping rules apply. We hold no record of a purchase to delete.
You do not need an account at all
Brickworks is fully playable without signing in. If you would rather keep playing without us holding anything, delete your account and carry on. The game will keep your progress on your own device and send us nothing.
